Vintage tape measure

This item is an antique leather and brass surveyor's tape measure, of British manufacture dating from the first half of the 20th century (marked "England"

The Case: Made of rigid stitched brown leather, with a brass center featuring a folding crank for rewinding the tape. 12.5 cm in diameter 

Tape: Made of reinforced fabric, graduated, generally 10 to 20 meters long.

Origin: Made in England, often used for surveying, masonry, or large-scale vintage measuring.
